Workshop: Tips and Tricks. What to do when…

On Wednesday August 24th we had the monthly Review Program workshop. The topic was “Tips and Tricks. What to do when…”

The idea behind workshop was that sometimes something unexpected happens with a student, review, order, etc. and you’re really not sure what to do about it.

Some examples include:
“My student just dropped off the face of the Earth! What do I do?”
In this case, send them an on-site message along the lines of “Hey, I haven’t heard from you in a while. Is everything ok?” If you don’t hear back from them in 2-3 weeks or so, send them a follow up along the lines of “I haven’t heard from you in a while. If I don’t hear back from you in a week, I’m going to cancel the class.” If you don’t hear back from them in a week, follow through and cancel their class.

Kake asked –
“If you’re enrolled in the mentor program, how do you request a product???”

You have a few options here.
1. You can go through the Product Search (http://www.edenfantasys.com/Account/Services/Reviews/ProductSearch.aspx) and find a product under $30.
2. You can surf the site and find a product under $30.
3. You can ask your mentor to look for something for you.
4. You can ask your mentor to let the EF staff pick something (not always possible).
Once you find a product you like, give the item number(s) to your mentor. Your mentor will then send the list to partners (at) edenfantasys (dot) com.
